2. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any consumer complaints or issues.

If your concern has not been resolved by our standard customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer. We aim to acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 1 month of receipt.
